Code of Conduct

Gatherfall belongs to everyone.

It is a place for first-time visitors to discover their playing style and find the essence of their characters, or for seasoned players to get lost for the evening. It is a place for everyone to feel safe and explore their imagination at their own pace. Gatherfall is a place for the weary and for the tired,  as well as for the bright-eyed and excited. The citizens will not tolerate any hate or bigotry.

Our DMs employ an 'X skip' form of moderation at their tables. This means that if there is an encounter or a session theme that you do not wish to play, you can hold your fingers up in an 'X' which will indicate to the DM that they should modify the session to remove the offending content. The DM might need to ask you clarifying questions about whatever the issue is, or they might find you at a break to ask follow-up questions, if necessary.

Quest Collective operates on a 'three strike' warning system for players who act unwholesomely to others. This means that you may recieve two warnings (either verbal or written), and if the behaviour continues a third time you will be banned from future sessions and from community groups like the WhatsApp group. However, extremely serious violations might result in an immediate ban, depending on the offence.

Anyone who would like to report an issue can get in touch via our website contact form (which only goes to the Quest Collective administrators, not the DMs generally). You may also get in touch with an administrator during an event in person, if necessary.

The city gates are open to everyone, and the architects of Gatherfall will keep them that way.

Refund Policy

We can offer refunds for paid ticketed events up to one week in advance of the start date. After this date, we can not offer refunds as we have already confirmed attendance with our DMs. If you wish to request a refund, please get in contact using our website form.

If you can not attend your session, you are welcome to swap or sell tickets with other players. However, Quest Collective does not monitor secondary market ticket swapping and sales, and will not be held liable for any transactions outside of our main ticketing platform (Eventbrite).
